Our client is a complete wealth management and corporate services firm with offices based in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London. They are currently seeking a full-time IFA Administrator to join their team in Glasgow City.
Th Initial contract is for 1 year. The candidate will have quarterly reviews with the Management, and should they become a clear asset to the company will likely be offered a full-time contract.
The role requires someone with current experience in a similar role and daily duties will include;
- Compiling valuation summaries
- Prepare investment summaries
- Dealing with client enquiries
- Fund switching / re-balancing
- Working closely with the Advisers
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role in financial services, liaising with financial providers as well as clients and other relevant third parties and must have experience working with intelligent office.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience, plus a full range of employee benefits after three months.
