The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Director and the rest of the Finance Department in the provision of a quality service to internal and external customers and to ensure consistency and best practice is maintained. We are a busy and growing Bromley based bookkeepers, with many clients based in and around London.  Currently we are looking to recruit 2 full time SAGE bookkeepers for one of our London clients based in Shadwell.  The roles are demanding and therefore the ideal candidates will have to hit the ground running and have at least 3 year’s experience using SAGE. This will include maintaining an orderly accounting system, recording cash receipts, making bank deposits and prioritising invoices according to payment terms.  Through financial reporting, the ideal candidate will maintain a thorough understanding of the general ledger, and ensure that all balances are reconciled on a regular basis, plus ensuring timely closing of accounts payable on a monthly, quarterly and year end basis.
